BE IT REMEMBERED on the 4th day of December, 1992, a judicial valuation hearing in the above-styled and numbered cause took place before the Court pursuant to Section 51.003 of the Texas Property Code, and the Court has determined the fair market value of the subject property as of the date of foreclosure to be $77,500.00.
