OLIVER-PARROTT, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for delivery of a controlled substance. A jury found appellant, Juan Antonio Jimenez, guilty and assessed punishment at 20-years confinement and a fine of $50,000. We affirm. Background
