Appellant, Tarrant Bank (Bank), is the successor in interest to a judgment obtained in Tarrant County against appellees, Mark B. Miller and wife, Julia A. Miller, in 1987, for a delinquent car loan. The judgment was abstracted and filed of record in Brown County.
