Wayne Yost appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court1 for the District of Nebraska dismissing his civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, following a trial by jury. Yost v. Solano, No. CV88-0-345 (D.Neb. March 23, 1990) (judgment). For reversal, Yost argues the district court erred in (1) directing a verdict in favor of Kathy Hohnstein2
