Appellant Markos Ieronimakis, a citizen of Greece, appeals an award of custody of the two children born of his marriage to Helen Ieronimakis asserting that the court below lacked subject matter jurisdiction. We affirm the decree of dissolution, but reverse the custody decree finding the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction.1
