Poole, brings this appeal from an order denying, without an evidentiary hearing, his motion per former Rule 27.261 to vacate his conviction of manufacturing marijuana, § 195.020.1, RSMo Cum.Supp.1982, and 20-year prison sentence. The conviction, following a jury-waived trial, was affirmed on direct appeal. State v. Poole, 683 S.W.2d 326 (Mo.App. 1984).<...
