The plaintiffs, Beverly and Gerard McCrory ("McCrorys"), filed suit against defendant, Terminix Service Co., Inc. ("Terminix"), and its insurer claiming property and personal injury damages.1 On Terminix's motion, the trial court granted partial summary judgment.
