Phillip Arthur Smith appeals from his conviction on three counts of second degree burglary. Smith contends that the trial court erred in (1) failing to enter written findings following the denial of his CrR 3.5 and 3.6 motions to suppress, (2) ruling that the police had probable cause to arrest him, (3) admitting evidence of his prior convictions, and (4) imposing an exceptional sentence above the standard range.
