A jury found appellant, Wallace Lee Hazelwood, guilty of aggravated assault. The trial court found the two enhancement paragraphs true and assessed punishment at sixty years in prison. By three points of error, appellant complains that the trial court failed to act on his motion to recuse and that it improperly admitted evidence.
