HAYS, Justice.

The single procedural question presented by this appeal is whether a trial court can vacate an order dismissing an action for failure to prosecute more than ninety days after the order of dismissal. The trial court held that under Ark.R.Civ.P. 60(b) it lost jurisdiction to reinstate the action after ninety days. We agree with that conclusion.
