State Farm Fire and Casualty Company appeals from a judgment in favor of Monna Lou Taylor, Erin Elaine Taylor, and Anthony Bruce Taylor, as judgment creditors and assignees of the rights of Larry Pat Anglin, State Farm's insured under a homeowners insurance policy. The judgment awarded the appellees three times their actual damages, which consisted of the amount of a judgment obtained by the appellees against Anglin, including postjudgment...
