Defendant, Griffin Perkins, filed a Motion To Suppress Confession, Identification, and Physical Evidence and it was denied by the district court. He pled guilty, under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), to possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to three years imprisonment at hard labor, with two years suspended.
