The defendants, Roland and Eileen Pinard and Julian and Delian Lagueux, appeal from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Brennan, J.) affirming the judgment of the District Court (Springvale, Gaulin, J.) that established the location of the common boundary between land situated in Wells owned by the defendants and that owned by the plaintiff Harborview Condominium Association.
