Appellant Manuel Bobadilla-Lopez was convicted by a jury of drug trafficking offenses under 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 & 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2, and was sentenced to 60 months in prison. He now appeals his conviction. Bobadilla's primary claim is that tape-recorded radio transmissions of a border patrol agent observing him prior to his arrest constitute Jencks Act material.
