Plaintiff, Wilma Jean Dinkins, acting individually and as administrator of the estate of her late husband, Lee Roy Dinkins, sued Carl Ebbersten (defendant) and Central Illinois Light Company (CILCO) after plaintiff's husband was electrocuted while working on defendant's farm.
