Eddie Post brought this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) alleging that defendants, Judge W.R. "Bud" Harper and Sebastian County, Arkansas, violated his due process rights, equal protection rights, and first amendment rights. The District Court1 granted defendants' motion for summary judgment, and Post appeals. We affirm.
