SATZ, Judge.

A jury convicted defendant, Jerome Harris, of murder, second degree, § 565.021 RSMo 19861, and armed criminal action, § 571.015. The court sentenced him as a prior and persistent offender to a total of fifty years imprisonment.

Defendant appeals from his convictions and sentences and from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion. We affirm.
