A jury convicted Brice Christopher Chatman of murder and assessed punishment at forty-five years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, ihe judgment includes an affirmative finding of the use of a deadly weapon in the commission of the offense and cumulates the sentence with a twenty year sentence for attempted murder in Cause No. 56739.
