Appellant, Daniel John LeBlanc, appeals from the trial court's order denying his writ of habeas corpus. The trial court denied appellant's petition for writ of habeas corpus requesting a bar from any re-prosecution of appellant following his conviction on May 11, 1988 for the offense of driving while intoxicated.
