William Stevenson appeals, and Barbara Stevenson cross-appeals, from a divorce judgment entered in the Superior Court (Androscoggin County, Alexander, J.). William argues that the court erred in its determination and division of the marital estate and in its failure to award him alimony and attorney fees. Because we find that the court's only error was failing to assign a $50,000 debt unequivocally to Barbara, we modify the judgment to assign...
