OPINION

CHAPA, Justice.

Appellant, the State of Texas, appeals the trial court's dismissal of the Grand Jury Indictment for attempted capital murder and deadly assault of Merced Martinez, returned against defendant/appellee, Rogelio Rangel Hernandez. the trial court committed reversible error in granting the motion to dismiss on speedy trial grounds. We reverse and remand.
