MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BABCOCK, District Judge.

On May 7, 1992, defendants moved to disqualify plaintiff's local counsel, Kobayashi and Associates, and its in-house counsel, Christine Gaynor, from representing plaintiff in this diversity action. They further contend that counsels' conduct is so egregious as to warrant dismissal of plaintiff's complaint. The motion is briefed thoroughly and I heard evidence on June 21, August 1, and October 13-14, 1992...
