Shawn B. and Craig S. appeal from a Juvenile Court (Wiscasset, O'Rourke, J.) adjudication of the juvenile offense of manslaughter pursuant to 17-A M.R.S.A. § 203(1)(A) (Supp.1991). The Superior Court (Lincoln County, Lipez, J.) vacated the judgment and remanded the case to the Juvenile Court for reconsideration, excluding inadmissible expert testimony.
