COATS, Judge.

Cynthia D. Kelly was convicted of criminal mischief in the second degree. AS 11.46.482(a)(4). Superior Court Judge Mary E. Greene originally sentenced Kelly to serve a sentence of two years with all but 100 days suspended. Judge Greene placed Kelly on probation for a period of four years following her release from confinement. As a special condition of probation, Judge Greene ordered Kelly to pay restitution in the amount of $1,597.80 to P.W., and $327...
