Relator, Eugene Kavanaugh, M.D., seeks writ of mandamus directing respondent, the Honorable Lloyd Perkins, to set aside his discovery order to the extent that it requires relator to produce documents and information regarding (1) his alcohol and substance use; (2) his mental, physical, and emotional condition; and (3) any information about him provided to or gathered by any medical review...
