First Bank and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) appeal from the trial court's order striking their pleadings with prejudice and dismissing with prejudice the intervention of the FDIC. Appellants also complain of the evidence supporting the award of damages and the trial court's admission of expert testimony, award of prejudgment interest, and instruction to the jury regarding deemed findings.
