A jury found defendant guilty of involuntary manslaughter, § 565.024.1(2),1 and he was sentenced to six years' imprisonment. Defendant appeals, and that appeal is No. 16829. After the trial, defendant filed a motion for relief under Rule 29.15, and the trial court denied the motion. Defendant appeals from that motion, and that appeal is No. 17607.
