Plaintiff Russell Sinclair filed a two-count complaint against defendant State Bank of Jerseyville. Defendant moved to dismiss the complaint, alleging failure to state a cause of action (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 110, par. 2-615), and the circuit court of Jersey County denied the motion.
