ORDER

NORGLE, District Judge.

Before the court is defendant Bethlehem Steel, Inc.'s ("Bethlehem") motion for summary judgment. For reasons that follow, the motion is granted.

FACTS

Plaintiff Rosario Lostumbo ("Lostumbo") suffered severe knee injuries on November 28, 1988 when he jumped from a scaffold at Bethlehem's Burns Harbor plant in Chesterton, Indiana and fell on his knees.
