OPINION

PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

Summary judgment was granted subsequent to the forfeiture of a $75,000 appearance bond. Eunice Benton, the surety on the bond, appeals and in a single point of error claims that summary judgment was improperly granted for the reason that the bond "never became effective." The judgment is affirmed.
