Cardwell, contends that the district court erred in granting a summary judgment in favor of the appellee, American Linen Supply, on her assertion that she was discharged from her employment because she filed a worker's compensation claim. She also contends that her discharge was achieved in a manner contrary to the employee handbook issued by American Linen Supply and that the handbook constituted an employment contract...
