Plaintiff Derrick Williams, an inmate confined to the custody of the Illinois Department of Corrections, brings this civil rights action against officials at the Joliet Correctional Center ("Joliet") and the Stateville Correctional Center ("Stateville"), alleging inadequate medical care.
