This is an appeal of the probate court's denial of Tom Watson's petition to set aside the adoption of minor, Andrew Reeves, by Todd Reeves. Andrew's mother, Lynne Watson, and Tom Watson were married for two years, and had one child, Dustin. The Watsons divorced in 1985, but during a reconciliation attempt, Lynne became pregnant.
