This appeal derives from the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant, Howard B. Fay III, is the administrator of the estate of Barbara Barber. Barber's son Michael Fay was killed in an automobile accident by an uninsured motorist, on May 4, 1988. After his death, Barber sought compensation through her uninsured motorist policy, which she possessed with appellee, Motorists Insurance Company. On December 25, 1989, Barber, herself, died...
