This case is already almost two years old, yet only now are some of the crucial facts coming to light. In essence, the Plaintiffs, Robert Miguel and his wife Jean Miguel ("the Miguels"), are seeking to recover in damages for the improper delivery of quitclaim deeds executed by them in favor of Raymond Bell, who is now deceased.1
