Calvin Hale appeals his sentence for possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B)(ii). Hale claims that the District Court1 erred in enhancing his sentence for obstruction of justice for throwing cocaine and money out the window when the police arrived, and for his role as a leader of a criminal activity involving five or more participants.
