Defendant Margaret Paulson pled guilty to the criminal offense of conspiring to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The plea agreement effected between Paulson and the government, pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(e)(1)(B), was reduced to writing and filed in the record on March 2, 1992.
