The state appeals the sentences imposed after defendant pleaded guilty to sodomy in the first degree, ORS 163.405, and sexual abuse in the first degree. ORS 163.425. Defendant's grid block for the sodomy conviction is 10 I, with a presumptive sentence of 58 to 60 months in prison.
