Appellants claim that the trial court erred in directing a verdict against them in this negligence/products liability case. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

Appellants, Mr. and Mrs. Amoroso, were guests at the Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. During their stay they decided to rent a sailboat. The sailboat stand was located on the Diplomat's premises and was advertised in the guest rooms. Reservations were made through the hotel telephone...
