ARMSTRONG, Judge.

Defendant, Janet Bruscato, (now Snellman), appeals the trial court's judgment awarding plaintiff, Anthony Bruscato, Jr., sole custody of their five year-old son Christopher. We reverse the trial court's judgment and remand for retrial.
