OPINION

GARFF, Judge:

Joanne Holland petitions this court to review a determination by a fair hearing officer (Hearing Officer) of the Division of Rehabilitation Services (Division) denying her reimbursement for transportation costs associated with her vocational rehabilitation. We affirm.
