The employer, Best Foods, appeals from the judgment of the trial court confirming the decision of the Illinois Industrial Commission (hereafter referred to as the "Commission"). The claimant sought compensation pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act (Ill.Rev.Stat.1983, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) (hereafter referred to as the "Act") when she sprained her ankle on January 25, 1984, somewhere on the sidewalk...
