Before the court is defendant General Motor Corporation's ("GMC") motion for summary judgment. For the following reasons, the motion is granted.

FACTS

Prior to December 31, 1989, plaintiff Don L. Seward ("Seward") was employed by the B.O.C. (Buick, Oldsmobile, Cadillac) Division of General Motors Corporation. Seward had been employed by GMC since graduating from college with a bachelor's degree in business...
