This is the third appeal by the appellant, Gary Moore. Moore stands convicted of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to six years and three months and fined $5,000 on the paraphernalia charge and was sentenced to six months in the Faulkner County jail and fined $500 for possession of marijuana. He now appeals on two grounds: a) he did not intelligently waive his Miranda rights because the police officer...
