WRIT GRANTED AND REMANDED. This application by the state has occurred during the course of a jury trial. In this prosecution for conspiracy to possess between 2,000 and 10,000 pounds of marijuana, the district attorney subpoenaed a defense attorney for an alleged co-conspirator who pled guilty and agreed to testify.
