OLIVER-PARROT, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment in a dental malpractice suit. In six points of error, appellant, Miriam Hicks, argues the trial court abused its discretion by denying her motion for new trial. We reverse and remand the case for new trial. Summary of treatment
