In a garnishment action, Edward N. Curiel appeals the district court's order denying his motion for judgment against Kirby Quinn. The district court ruled the garnishment reached only money actually due from Kirby at the time the garnishee, Kirby, filed his answer of garnishment. Curiel contends the garnishment reaches beyond the monthly payments by Kirby to the total amount Kirby owed. We affirm...
