PER CURIAM:

Appellant Henry Daniel Dawson ("Dawson") was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to death. We affirmed the conviction and remanded for a new penalty determination. See Dawson v. State, 103 Nev. 76, 734 P.2d 221 (1987). After his second penalty hearing, Dawson was sentenced to death, and we affirmed the sentence. See Dawson v.
