Appellants, taxpayers, contest a judgment affirming respondent City of Blaine's special assessment on their property. Appellants contend the evidence does not support the trial court's findings that the property benefits from the improvement, that the assessment does not exceed the increase in value of the property due to the improvement and that the assessment is uniform.
