The parents of 13 year old Katidre Jolivette sued the Iberia Parish School Board for injuries Katidre sustained when she slipped and fell on a damp gymnasium floor. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, but also found Katidre to be 50% at fault in the accident. The plaintiffs have appealed, assigning three errors.
